Estimating and Home Visits
Whatever floor design you choose, it always pays to properly measure your floor. Floor coverings are a big purchase so you’ll probably want a clear idea how much yours is likely to cost upfront. If your not sure what the job entails, or you prefer to leave the measuring to us, then please take advantage of our free measuring and planning service. One of our home consultants can visit you within 5 days of your initial enquirey. We can discuss every aspect of the supply and installation of new floor covering and answer any questions you may have.

Installation Service
An installation service is available on every type of flooring we offer. We feel its essential the fitting of your new flooring is in conjunction with British fitting standards. We provide contractors who are both experienced and skilled in floor installation, making sure you are 100% satisfied with the final finish. Every carpet, vinyl, laminate or wood floor we install comes with a 1 year guarantee. We can also uplift & dispose of existing carpets, move furniture and trim your doors if required.

Aftercare
If after us leaving you find something which you are not completely happy with then just get in touch either by phone, calling in to see us or by emailing us, and we will attend to any concerns you have and if necessary we will call back at our earliest chance and correct anything that you are not happy with.

If you later make changes to your room or have some work done that results in your carpet needing uplifting or cutting away (new wardrobe, decorating etc) we will happily call back and for a small charge we can refit your flooring to suit your new room.
